Customer Registration & Service Agreement

AMGRAY LOGISTICS

Effective Date: May 1st 2026

Welcome to Amgray Logistics. By registering for and using our shipping, consolidation, and storage services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. REGISTRATION FEE

All new and existing customers are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100.00) in order to access and continue using Amgray Logistics shipping, consolidation, and storage services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Amgray Logistics provides international shipping, package consolidation, cargo handling, and storage services through our operational branches and partner networks.

3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Customers must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Amgray Logistics reserves the right to verify customer information and deny or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The one-time registration fee must be paid before access to customer shipping accounts, warehouse addresses, or consolidation services is granted. Additional shipping, handling, customs, storage, or delivery fees may apply separately based on services requested.

5. STORAGE POLICY

Storage services are subject to Amgray Logistics warehouse policies and timelines. Customers may incur additional fees for extended storage periods beyond the standard allowable timeframe.

6. LIABILITY

Amgray Logistics will exercise reasonable care in handling shipments and stored goods. However, the company shall not be held liable for delays, customs issues, force majeure events, or damages caused by third-party carriers, government agencies, or improper packaging by customers.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Amgray Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of company policies, non-payment, fraudulent activities, or misuse of services.

8. REFUND POLICY

The $100 registration fee is non-refundable once registration has been completed and account access has been granted.

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By checking the agreement box and completing registration, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdictions where Amgray Logistics operates.
